I’m at it again with the overbearing, in your face logos. As I have written previously, it’s not big and it’s not clever but there’s just something about the Calvin Klein ‘CK’ branding that means I can’t resist buying ‘just one more’ piece, no matter how many colours I already own it in. As my mate Millie put it in this piece, ‘as much as I long to be able to drop a couple of hundred quid on a plain Acne t-shirt, if I had to pick between a plain white Acne t-shirt or one that carried a very large ‘ACNE’, branded for all to see across the front, I’m programmed to choose the latter.’
For a day that was a little colder than the blistering 16 degrees celcius we’re enjoying at the moment, I layered my CK sweatshirt over a black rollneck and those trousers I keep wearing, and finished off my outfit with an oversized faux leather biker jacket and plain white Vans slip-ons. And CK socks, obviously.
