Slogan t-shirts are still having a moment; between the trend, the last election (ohh Jeremy Corbyn), Trump and the EU referendum, wearing your politics across your chest is more popular than ever. I take slight issue with big name brands selling ‘femme’ and ‘feminist’ shirts without donating any profits to relevant causes, a discussion for another time perhaps, but on the whole the slogan trend gets a big thumbs up from me.

Weekday has been available online and on ASOS for a while but have finally opened their first UK store on London’s Regent St, and I decided I couldn’t leave the opening without this (£12!) ‘EUROPE IS FOR LOVERS’ t-shirt. It’s soft and cute and hey, Brexit is bullshit.
