Welcome to look #2 of my party series! Can I call this a series? I’m going to call this a series. While the outfit I shared first was a little bit smart-casj and a little bit cool (sort of?), this one is a straight up, no messing about, attention seeking party frock. Wear it to your Christmas do, for a fancy event or occasion, your own birthday, or someone else’s birthday as long as you don’t like them that much.
I’ve had my eye on Mad But Magic for a while now after first falling for this top when Kim Kardashian and North West wore those matching sequinned Vetements dresses, so when ASOS reduced both it and this dress to £20 and £26 respectively I could not help myself. Both pieces are comfortably lined to avoid itchiness, and I’m obsessed with the ruffles which (imo) completely make this dress.
