As the old saying goes, you should always match your skirt to the bathroom floor. Or your bathroom floor to your skirt? Made up mottos aside, you can imagine my glee on opening the bathroom door at The Hoxton in Paris to find a floor dressed exactly the same as I was, with complimentary pastel tiling too. I got Georgia and her camera down from the bar immediately, and tried to act natural while falling about laughing whenever anyone walked in. Bloggers, huh?
In the winter of 2013-14 I was utterly obsessed with fluffy jumpers like this one. While I would never encourage digging that far back through my blog’s archives (please, don’t) a simple ‘hannahlousief fluffy jumper’ google search revealed at least five such jumpers straight off the bat. As is so often the case I overdid them and got bored, until I laid my eyes on this super soft, high necked, bright lilac version from River Island (who have been absolutely smashing it with knitwear lately). I finished off my outfit with a beret (quelle fucking surprise) and new found loves the ‘sock boot’.
