One Of The Boys

A lot of the time when writing this blog I feel like a broken record. Repetitive at worst, predictable at best. But here I am anyway, once again singing the praises of buying shirts from the men’s section. I got this one on sale for six, SIX POUNDS – this colour has sold out but you can still get the same shirt in blue or pink – I’m a big fan of the collar and the soft jersey fabric, and I’m wearing size small here.

As well as the aesthetic benefits, menswear is always more comfortable than womenswear (something to do with the patriarchy, I imagine). Not wanting to miss out on the whole experience, I paired my man shirt with my oldest and most comfortable trousers and a pair of velvet sliders that feel almost as nice as a foot massage while adding a little touch of femininity to the ensemble.

Shirt – Boohoo
Trousers – Urban Outfitters (similar / similar)
Earrings – Weekday
Sliders – IKRUSH*
