I’m getting quite good at keeping up to date with Lookbook again; every day, when I’m at home, I try to take a picture of my outfit to upload! I think Lookbook is full of too many people who create outfits specifically for the site, even if they’re not planning on going out that day, or at least wearing it to an upcoming event. I understand that creating new outfits and taking photos when you’re bored is great, but I think that Lookbook should be more about outfits you would actually wear! What are your views?
I wore this outfit today – with trainers rather than wedges – to run a whole bunch of everyday errands, however I feel that it could just as easily be adapted for a night out as it could be for a shopping trip with friends. Versatile looks are great because they can save you money and make changing to go out much quicker. Hypes, fans and feedback are as always greatly appreciated!
Inspired by Autumn/Winter trend, the ’70s, Primark’s Autumn Limited Edition collection is a good one. Everyone’s favourite thing about Primark is of course, the price, and although the Limited Edition collection isn’t dirt cheap, everything is still very reasonably priced compared to High Street alternatives. It’s a great collection for Primark, however I still don’t think it will compete with similar things from other High Street competitors. I don’t know if I personally will be rocking anything in this collection, although I love the red satin pussybow shirt and the maroon silk tie waist dress. What are your opinions? Below are what Cosmopolitan Magazine considers to be the best buys of the collection, which are sure to sell out! Everything shown will be available from August 31st. Please check it out, and don’t hesitate to hype, give feedback, and leave me your Lookbook urls to take a look at too!
On Monday I went shopping in Manchester, acting as a personal shopper to find a birthday dress for my friend! I had a fun day, and got myself some treats too (apologies for the bad quality photos).
UNIF is a great brand which is getting more and more popular, and with good reason! You can find UNIF pieces on their website here, and also on major stockists Nasty Gal and Karmaloop. The UNIF blog is also well worth a read! Below are some of my favourite pieces available online at the moment.
