I will always have a soft spot for Primark and their extremely reasonably priced garments. Year after year I have been saying that they have been continually stepping up their game to content with high-street giants such as Topshop, H&M, River Island etc., and this autumn/winter is no exception. Look Magazine uploaded 75 of their Primark AW12 picks (you can see the full list here), and below I’ve selected a few of my favourites and some pieces which I will 100% be adding to my winter wardrobe. Primark is not available online, however you can purchase these pieces in store now or in the coming weeks.

I’m a sucker for anything sparkly, which makes Ashish one of my absolute favourites and I was once again blown away by their design efforts for the Autumn Winter 2012 collection, shown today at London Fashion Week.
The collection featured plenty of trademark Ashish sequinned pieces (which kept me happy) and was inspired by ‘New Age, rainbows and Goa.’ The Indian influence is clear throughout the collection, which included eccentric facial jewellery, head scarves, colourful patterns, and prints inspired by Krishnaism and Taoism – ancient religious denominations which are associated with India and China.
Ashish mixed up the ancient and traditional influences with rainbow platform boots, colourful denim, 1970s-esque prints, tie-dye, and tops and knitwear emblazoned with slogans such as ‘HEAVEN 7’, ‘DON’T GO’ and ‘BE HAPPY’.
I’m so impressed by this collection, one of my favourites of LFW so far! If you feel that this collection might be a little out of your budget when it becomes available for purchase, do look out for another Ashish x Topshop collaboration which is due later this year.
