Who doesn’t want to wear a £700 designer dress on their birthday?! Obviously that’s not something I can afford, nor would I even want to spend that much money on something like this which I would wear once, so a designer dress hire is the ideal alternative. Wish Want Wear were kind enough to offer me a free hire for my birthday weekend, and so I chose this head turning Jovani jewelled dress, which I have seen in stores and online for around the £700 mark. It is a little reminiscent of THAT Britney dress, but I still love it. This dress is £110 to hire for 4 days, so is one of Wish Want Wear’s most expensive dresses, however for a very special occasion I think it is well worth treating yourself, and of course £110 is still a fraction of the price of having the dress sitting in your wardrobe doing nothing. Wish Want Wear cater for all budgets with dresses from £29, and you can even hire a Chanel bag!
Hiring a dress from Wish Want Wear is very hassle free – I simply chose a day on which I would be in to receive the delivery, wore it, and I will be heading to the Post Office later this afternoon to return it for free. Wish Want Wear cover minor damage and spills too, so there’s no need to spend your whole night worrying about keeping your dress pristine, and if you wish you can order a back-up size free of charge.
I paired the Jovani dress with some off-white accessories. My clutch bag is Missguided, it’s very simple with subtle snakeskin detail which I love. My pointed ankle strap shoes are from Shelikes, they’re not too high so are very comfortable, and in my opinion look very classy.
PS: how amazing is this pug shaped balloon which my friends got for me?!
