Upon a brief analysis of my wardrobe and outfit blogs over the recent months, it is quite clear that I mostly dress in block colours (clashing or complimentary), generally preferring to stick to classic prints like checks or polka dots. If I were to make a sartorial new years resolution it would be to make an effort to invest in slightly more expensive, slightly more unique pieces to mix in with the things that I continue to buy and love from the high street.
These trousers came a little out of left field but I am a big fan; the embroidered skulls are such a cool detail and on closer inspection are also extremely cute (classic Lazy Oaf). Here I paired them with another favourite embroidered logo piece: this plain why CDG Play longsleeve, as well as black slip-on Vans and a huge, slightly-more-grown-up-than-your-average looking beige puffer jacket.
