In case you don’t follow me on social media, I have spent the last week in France with my family! We had a few days in Paris, a few days visiting family friends in Lyon, and even an afternoon in Geneva before my flight home. It was lovely to get away for a little while, and this was my first time in Paris so of course I was excited!
For our first full day, I wore an outfit from Missguided. I’m into minimal grid print still (as you might have been able to tell from this post!), and I love the fake sleeves tied around the waist which give a really interesting detail. My jacket is also Missguided; it’s so beautifully soft you’d think it was real suede (it’s not!) and is the perfect slightly dusky pink shade of nude. It’s ideal for softening up a monochrome outfit. My obnoxiously large sunglasses also deserve a mention – they’re by Nicole Richie’s line House of Harlow, from Sunglasses Shop, and are a huge cat eye with a really cool black and grey tortoiseshell effect and gradient. Finally, I’d like to take this opportunity to express my thankfulness for the Nike Roshe Run. I came home without a single blister despite many long days of walking around! The perfect tourist shoe.
