With its rhubarb and custard colour scheme, perfectly positioned palm trees, and slightly battered outside wall and wire fence, this building looks more vintage Miami than my preconceived image of Ibiza, but I was completely enamoured with it, and obviously had to take some pictures of myself standing in front of it. You’ll have seen snapshots of this (and much more) from my long weekend on the Spanish island if you follow me on any sort of social media (which, of course, you absolutely should – my username on everything is ‘hannahlouisef’). But more on Ibiza later, here is an outfit I wore.
Ibiza is really hot, so I did not need to wear many clothes. This white bardot shift dress proved to be the perfect thing to throw on and remain as cool as is possible in 30 degree sunshine, plus it is appropriate for everything from the beach to a nice lunch to a night out. It’s such a great ‘wardrobe staple’ and you can accessorise in so many different ways (tan sandals and a fringed bag, all white trainers, even a black leather biker and some black low heels for colder climes), but I took the opportunity to wear my pink faux fur sliders. Yep. As if I was going to go to Ibiza and not take fluffy sandals?! I finished off my outfit with a baby pink baseball cap, glossy lips, and ratty sea-salt laden hair.
