Whether you’re hitting the slopes this winter or not, this super stylish and practical collection from Ashish for Topshop has something for everyone. The stand out leopard print salopettes should perhaps be saved for the snow, but the cheeky slogan sweaters, hoodies and t-shirts are perfect for any cold weather. The waterproof leopard rucksack is also a piece which combines style with practicality, and in rainy England it makes a perfect bag for school, college, university, or just everyday use. If I could have anything from the collection, I’d choose the amazing leopard print ski coat! What about you? Shop the collection here.

I’m going out tomorrow night, and I’m going to wear this! I picked up this dress for just £6 at a discount store called Steals today, the make is ‘Graffic’. I also picked up these gorgeous Pamela Love x Topshop earrings for only £1.50! Seeing as the RRP is £50 I’m very happy with that purchase. I also recently bought a replica YSL ring from ebay for just £1.87, it’s not quite as beautiful as the real thing but it’s close enough for me and my student budget. Today I realised that practically every dress I own is black or nude, I need to change this!
I recently bought some cross charms from ebay and decided to cut up a plain, dark grey t-shirt and attach some. I might add more, but for now I think they look cute in this little panel. I have 250 charms, so I think I might add some to some shirt collars too. I’m wearing my new shoes too, check out the post below this one for more pictures and info!
Like any other girl, I’ve been lusting over a pair of Jeffrey Campbell Litas since forever, and so after learning about knock off versions available on ebay for as little as £27 plus postage, I couldn’t resist! I bought this faux suede pair here (I chose the black faux suede) for a total of £33 including shipping, and I’m over the moon with them. As you can see from the photos, they’re basically the next best thing. The issue of replica products is somewhat controversial and often has an air of snobbery surrounding it, but the fact is that not everyone can afford to spend over £100 on one pair of (albeit gorgeous) shoes. They’re also a great alternative for vegetarians and vegans because as far as I’m aware all JC Litas are made from real leather or suede. What do you think?
I’ll be going out for a friend’s 21st tomorrow night, and I’m going to wear this! I still love this £3.99 striped dress which I got from H&M over a year ago, such a great buy.
As you may already know, I’m hugely into nail art and although I’m not the best, I can’t stand to have just one colour on my fingertips any more! However, I appreciate that some of my favourite designs are quite difficult to do; my answer to anyone who claims that they can’t have exciting nails because they ‘can’t do them’ – glitter polish! I added this Technic ‘Carnival’ glitter to my collection (along with my favourite Models Own ‘Juicy Jules’ glitter polish) today, and especially at just 99p from Bodycare I am in love. It looks great over black, and I can’t wait to try it over silver, deep blue, or even fluorescent pink. Do you like it?
Guys have it easy, menswear is so comfortable! Here’s one of my takes on it, featuring a DIY camo pocket shirt (inspired by Tantum, which I decided months ago that I was going make and finally got round to sewing together) which was so easy to do, and is an effective way of making a plain t-shirt more exciting. A leopard print pocket on a black t-shirt is my next mini-project! I’m also wearing slim fit black trousers from River Island rolled up at the ankle, with my favourite Nike SB Stefan Janoski trainers. I bought this Penfield hat for my little brother for his birthday, and it’s too nice for me to not steal once in a while.
What do you think? Do you like dressing a bit like a boy every now and again?
I’m loving the ‘bones’ prints and cheeky ‘boner’ t-shirts and jumpers at House of Holland at the moment, which are available to buy online now! The simple bone print looks great, especially in the monochrome colourway – the printed maxi dress and shorts are two of my favourite pieces. One of the best things about House of Holland is that if, like me, you can’t quite afford to spend £50 on a t-shirt or £300 on a blazer, they stock an awesome range of patterned tights at £12 each. Check out the bones themed ones, along with some of my other favourite pieces, below and buy them all here!
