I am loving tailored trousers at the moment! I got this pair of ‘Premium Peg Leg’ crepe trousers in the sale at Topshop last week for £15. Only this navy colour was on sale whereas the other colours (black and white – really want both!) are still unfortunately full price (£42), which I personally don’t think is too unreasonable, although obviously £15 is way better! They’re a super flattering fit, high wasited and baggy yet gradually tapered all the way down to a tight fitting ankle, which you can make even tighter by pin-rolling like I’ve done here. Although trousers like these are generally seen as fairly formal, I think that adding things like a chunky cardigan or wearing them with a crop t-shirt and ankle boots makes them perfect for everyday wear too, so in my opinion they’re a very worthwhile purchase!
