I was a little dubious about this burgundy leather jacket when it first arrived because it is much less fitted than I am used to, however after trying it with a few different outfits I have completely fallen for it when styled with other masculine-ish pieces. Can I also mention how many excellent coats and jackets Wallis have in at the moment?! I really need to get my mitts on this Kim Kardashian-esque nude belted coat.
I wore the super soft burgundy leather here over a very simple monochrome outfit, made up of black skinny jeans and Motel’s super cool white shirt dress (which I think I prefer over jeans or trousers for winter, but could definitely see it with bear legs and some sandals or trainers in the summer). Accessories-wise I jazzed things up a bit with this Primark statement faux fur (have you seen my top 10 favourite statement scarves post, by the way?), and Primark satchel which I think has similar vibes to the beautiful Proenza Schouler PS1 satchel.
