If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram, you might have noticed that I spent my last two Wednesday evenings at The Oast House for the Manchester leg of the Disaronno Terrace events. If you’re not familiar, Disaronno has been hosting events like this all over the world in celebration of one of Italy’s most famous liqueurs, including live bands, artists and plenty of Disaronno. The cocktail of the moment was the Disaronno Sour:
45ml Disaronno
30ml fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
stir & garnish with lemon slices
I had great fun and luckily the weather held out. The next Manchester event is this Wednesday (August 13th) and then it finishes the following week (August 20th) before heading to Edinburgh for the following 4 weeks. I won’t be attending as I’m off on holiday on the 16th (woo), but do let me know if you’re going to or have been to any Disaronno Terrace events, and how you found them!

Great photos! I wish I knew about this event, I loooove disaronno and an Amaretto sour is my favourite cocktail. But did you know that the best Amaretto sours are always made with fresh egg white?!

I really love this holiday party place. I needed assistance with something and they went above and beyond helping me. They were very nice to me and it was really amazing.
