Here’s a look at the second item in my YourEyesLie.co.uk package, the Navo Crop Top. Normally I choose to avoid v-neck tops but I love the cut of this one and the print is so cute! The pale pink colour is ideal for summer too. Here I’ve paired it with mint green skinny jeans from Primark, a studded shoulder vintage denim jacket and Nike Air Max 90s. I’m also wearing a new ear cuff! What do you think?
I was lucky enough to be sent this Galaxy Heart Tee by YourEyesLie.com, along with some other goodies (keep your eye out for photos and reviews). I love the print and the unique slouchy shape of the t-shirt and would definitely recommend it! Here I paired it with some cross print denim shorts by MissGuided and my trusty Topshop leather biker and studded slipper flats.
I’m also wearing some amazing nude ‘Simply Bare’ moisturising tights by Charnon which I love! Although at 15 denier they’re strong and relatively warm, they’re practically invisible, it’s almost impossible to tell that they’re there at all. Additionally, Aloe Vera extracts provide moisturising properties for dry legs making them far superior in my opinion to any nude tights I’ve owned before. You can get yours at Tights Please.
Yet another galaxy print piece, this time an asymmetric hem skirt from Romwe.com! I love both the print and shape of the skirt, definitely a great buy. With a skirt like this I prefer to keep the rest of the outfit simple to both make sure it’s not too ‘busy’ and that the skirt stands out, here I chose a black velvet bodysuit from Topshop and simple black heels.
Here I’m wearing a gorgeous pair of ‘Galaxy Star’ tie dye leggings by Naked Bones, a London based boutique brand who create beautiful hand-made, affordable clothing. They are easy to wear casually in the day-time with a plain t-shirt and ballet flats or trainers, but here I chose to put together an outfit which you could also wear on an evening out.
Be sure to check out the rest of the ‘Tie Dye Delights‘ collection along with the rest of Naked Bones’ ‘Customised‘ and ‘Lost & Found‘ apparel at nakedbonesfashion.co.uk.
Here’s what I’d define as ‘casual wear’, super comfy, boy-ish ‘street’ style. My predominantly pink Air Max 1s will be perfect in summer, I can’t wait to wear them with a pair of high waisted Levis shorts, but for now I’ve paired them with camel coloured jeans (Topshop), a t-shirt by The Hundreds, an American Apparel hoodie and The North Face jacket, a Stussy beanie and finally my new Jansport backpack.
As you may know by now, I run a little company called The Pocket Co. Up until now, The Pocket Co has been all about t-shirts, however tomorrow marks the release of the first collection of sweatshirts. Each pocket is hand made to order, and the base products are Gildan Heavy Blend Sweats. If you’re interested, a very limited number of sweatshirts will be dropping at on the Bigcartel at 6pm (GMT) tomorrow (13.03.12)! You can also follow The Pocket Co on Tumblr and like us on Facebook.
Check out how I’ve styled the Luxe Leopard Pocket Sweatshirt below: leggings (Primark), beanie (Carhartt), boots (Timberland).
Today I wore double Primark, oops! I finished the outfit off with my usual Topshop leather biker jacket, some new lace trim socks (also Topshop) and my black creepers. I can’t get enough of mixing leopard print with bright block colours, this time I tried it out with a bright pink, silky textured t-shirt and I love the effect.
Today I attended an open day at the University of Manchester to learn about my future course (if all goes to plan when it comes to my exams.) I wore my ASOS neon pencil skirt with a black sheer shirt (Urban Outfitters), leather biker jacket (Topshop), my Topshop studded slipper flats and a Primark skull print scarf.
And on an unrelated note I got a new backpack for college, the Jansport Right Pack:
