Ok, so I’m wearing another white dress with another fringed jacket, oops! I think this look is a little different though, because the Yumi dress I’m wearing (now on sale for £35) is super versatile. I think it would be just as good for a prom or evening dinner as it is for a casual day out. Here I dressed it down with this Topshop suede panel fringed jacket, which was my first purchase on Depop. I love a good all black outfit every now and again. My latest LBD is this adorable lace insert number from Yumi, which is cute for daytime but the heavy fabric and lace detail make it perfect for dressing up too. Here I paired it with my new favourite cover-up, Lashes of London‘s ‘Daisy Chain’ cape, and a Delilah Dust Pendant from The Little Deer. I think this outfit has a bit of a witchy vibe, I’m probably trying to fill the style void left in my life now that AHS: Coven has finished. If I was a witch then maybe I’d swap my flats for some thigh high suede heeled boots a la Madison Montgomery, but sadly I’m not so I went for my cute Marc Jacobs esque dog flats from Choies instead.

I’m wearing something else new too – my hair! I have Halo extensions in, which I was kindly gifted at their blogger event last weekend. I’m in love with them, keep your eyes out for a full post about Halo!

Fit & Flare | Yumi Blogger Style-Off

I was recently invited to participate in a blogger style-off by online store Yumi Direct, and here is what I came up with! I chose to style this really simple textured fit & flare dress, because I love the classic shape and length and I think that the subtle textured print is a really nice touch. I’ve also found that it translates really well into business-wear with a fitted black blazer and court shoes!

Here, I wore it with this adorable fluffy ‘Fun Fur Jacket’ from Pussycat London, which is a bargain on sale at £22, and super cute patent loafers from Primark with Topshop white pop socks. It is a bit schoolgirl but I really love the combination of pop socks and heels at the moment. What do you think? Don’t forget to vote 🙂

Lace Flower

Continuing in the same vein as my last post, here is another outfit which I think would be perfect for a wedding! This gorgeous dress by Yumi isn’t as ‘pastel pretty’ as the one in my previous post, but it’s still super feminine and would flatter anyone. The added texture of the lace and the use of only two colours makes the floral print a little bit different, and it is definitely a stand-out piece. It is also available in black and white, but I went for the blue as I think I have overdone monochrome slightly over the past season. Here I paired it with a simple white belt and super cute toe-capped shoes from ASOS.
